Terms and Conditions – Smart Focus UAE

Welcome to Smart Focus UAE (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and outline the agreement between you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) and Smart Focus UAE. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms.

Scope of Services

We offer a comprehensive range of technical and renovation services, including but not limited to:

  • General Renovation (Residential & Commercial)

  • Electrical Installations and Repairs

  • Air Conditioning Installation and Servicing

  • Roofing Services

  • Plumbing Works

  • General and Deep Cleaning

  • Tiling and Flooring

  • Exterior and Interior Painting

  • Carpentry

  • Kitchen and Washroom Renovation

All services are delivered by experienced and certified professionals to the highest industry standards.

Quotations and Pricing

  • All service quotations provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

  • Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Any additional work or changes requested after the quotation has been accepted may be subject to additional charges.

  • Full pricing details will be disclosed before the commencement of work.

Booking and Payment Terms

  • A minimum deposit of 30% of the total quoted amount may be required to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining balance shall be paid upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, cash, or other approved methods.

  • Late payments beyond 7 days of completion may incur a 2% monthly late fee.

Project Timeline and Scheduling

  • We aim to start and complete all projects within the agreed timeline.

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., material shortages, client revisions, or force majeure events) shall not be considered a breach of contract.

  • Clients must ensure proper site accessibility and required permissions for seamless execution.

Client Obligations

  • The Client shall provide clear access to the property and essential facilities such as electricity, water, and washroom use for our staff.

  • Obtaining necessary government or community permits is the Client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

  • Clients must inform us of any pre-existing structural, electrical, or plumbing issues.

Warranties and Guarantees

  • We provide a workmanship guarantee of up to 12 months on selected services unless specified otherwise.

  • Manufacturer warranties for materials or equipment will be transferred to the Client.

  • Warranties become void if unauthorized modifications or third-party interventions occur after completion.

Health, Safety, and Cleanliness

  • We uphold strict standards of cleanliness and site management throughout the project.

  • All work will comply with relevant UAE health and safety regulations.

  • Clients must ensure children and pets are kept away from active work areas.

Liability

  • Smart Focus UAE shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages unless resulting from gross negligence.

  • Clients must inspect and report defects within 5 working days of service completion.

  • Damage resulting from misuse, poor maintenance, or external factors is not covered.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled work may incur a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen events, with reasonable prior notice to the Client.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, documents, or plans created by us remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Confidentiality

  • We respect our Clients’ privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all shared information.

  • Information will only be disclosed when required by law.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.

  • If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation and ultimately handled under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be informed of any major changes.
